Art Maya Rooms - Isla Holbox

Kind staff and exceptional location right next to the "airport ", everything was perfect. Location: the hotel was close to the most beautiful beaches, Holbox island and the main square. We went out for dinner, found Arte Sano, it was within walking distance of the property.

The rooms at Capital O Art Maya Rooms were amazing! They had air conditioning, so I could stay cool and comfortable during my stay. Plus, the private bathroom was a huge plus. I felt so relaxed and at ease in the room, like a little oasis.

Honestly, the only downside for me was the free WiFi. It wasn't the strongest, but hey, it's just my opinion.

Beach and city center just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Room was spacious with AC and hot water. The owner, Nacho, is a real gem, full of stories and hooking you up with the best island deals. Plus, adorable cat and cool dog!

Had a blast listening to everyone else's noise, plus the owner was constantly inebriated. Classy joint, indeed.

Affordable price. Friendly family-run, well-equipped kitchen, nearby market for fresh juice and lunch. Good location, quiet with nature. Comfortable, clean rooms with great bed and air conditioning. Lovely outdoor space with sustainable art. Friendly and knowledgeable owner. Close to beach, away from town noise. Look forward to going back.

the location was perfect, with just a 5-minute walk to the beach. the tranquility of the area was ideal, and I loved how it offered a peaceful respite from the busyness of the town center. the room was spacious and the large bed was incredibly comfortable. the quirky paintings on the walls added a cool touch to the ambiance. the water pressure in the shower was strong, which is not always the case in other places. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the lovely cat and dog who were always looking for attention and cuddles. They truly melted my heart.

I had a wonderful stay at Art Maya Rooms in a quieter part of Holbox. The location was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the local market for breakfast and less than 10 minutes to the beach. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including AC and hot water.

The unique painted rooms and wooden furniture added a charming touch to our stay. The outside area with hammocks under the coconut trees was a perfect spot to relax. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach, local market, restaurants, and supermarkets. The lovely family who runs the place were great too make us feel comfortable and help us with anything we needed. We felt at home right away. 100% recommendation!
